This blog is to record my attempts to get fitter and stay fitter. I aim to record my training and hopefully see some improvements in fitness and body composition through better training, eating and some rest days!
I have sometimes trained with people who have the excuses for failure ready before they even try so I am not going to be making any excuses on here. Sometimes training won’t go to plan and diet will go to pot but the important thing is not to make an excuse why it happened, but work out why and what you can do to change it. Hopefully that is what I will try and do here.
