Tuesday 16th October – wod, pull ups and yoga

Warm up

10 kettle bell swings
1 worlds greatest stretch

Strength Split jerk 2-2-2-2-2-2
35kg

Not happy with with that. Leg was sore but still could have done better.

WOD
AMRAP 12′
50 double unders subbed 25 air ups
25 bar facing Burpees
12 front squats @105/155# scaled to 27kg

Rounds 3+2

Should have gone heavier on the front squats.

Then some work on pull ups. Managed kipping pull ups! Only singles but first ones. Made up for being rubbish on the jerks.

Then yoga in the evening.
